Catholic Charities Announces Meal Sites for Older Adults

Catholic Charities of Onondaga County announces that adults ages 60 and over are invited to join the agency’s meal sites for a hot lunch in a congenial setting. The agency operates numerous lunch meal sites, Monday through Friday, throughout Onondaga County. Residents can call (315) 424-1800 for times and locations. A modest donation is requested, but no one is turned away.

Catholic Charities of Onondaga County is one of the area’s leading not-for-profit human service agencies providing compassionate care and advocacy for all people in need, regardless of faith or ethnicity. Incorporated in 1923, Catholic Charities today improves the lives of more than 28,000 individuals in Onondaga County each year.

Programs and services focus on children and families, at-risk youth, people who are older as well as disadvantaged, addicted and/or developmentally disabled individuals.
