A Grandmother's Voice

R. Deborah Davis, a professor at SUNY Oswego and grandmother of seven, speaks with The Stand’s community reporter and retired teacher Evelyn Williams about her grandchildren, their education through the Syracuse City School District and the obstacles they have had to overcome. Davis continues to “push” her youngest grandchildren to continue their educations despite the failures she see in our public school system.
