Mothers Against Gun Violence will host a candlelight vigil from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 12, in Clinton Square. Ed Mitchell Jr from Team Angel will be the event’s MC; Deputy Mayor Sharon Owens will serve as keynote speaker. The evening will also include performances by the Elks Drumline, Makayla Goers, Mobetta, Truth Speaker and Zachary Jones.
