As Syracuse moves into winter, We Rise Above the Streets Recovery Outreach wants to supply the city’s homeless with needed items. All are invited to come and break bread with the nonprofit and Syracuse’s homeless friends. Volunteers welcome or donations through PayPal to Weriseabovethestreets@gmail.com.
